How event day works
We bring the table, the machine and the threads. We arrive, set up, and run the station — you don’t manage anything.

Choose the piece
Guests pick from the items you’ve selected for your event.

Choose thread & font
A name, initials, a date or a short phrase — in the thread color they like.

Watch it stitched
It happens right there at the table. Most pieces take just a few minutes.

Questions
How many pieces can you personalize per hour?
Between 10 and 30, depending on the design. A short set of initials moves quickly; a long name or a detailed design takes longer. We’ll estimate your event based on guest count and the pieces you choose.
Do you supply the items, or do we?
Either. We offer cosmetic bags, totes, robes, towels, bibs and more, and we’re glad to stitch items you supply. If you’re bringing your own, send us a photo first so we can confirm the material can be hooped.
How far do you travel?
All of South Florida — Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach. We’re based in Miami. Outside that range, ask us and we’ll see what we can do.
What do you need at the venue?
Less than you’d think — we bring our own table, either six or ten feet depending on the size of the event. All we need from you is the floor space for it, a standard power outlet nearby, and about an hour to set up before guests arrive. Indoors or covered is best; the machine and threads don’t love direct sun or wind.
How far in advance should we book?
As early as you can. Weekend dates in season fill first, and lead time also lets us source exactly the items and colors you want.
What can actually be stitched?
Names, initials, monograms, dates and short phrases. Longer text and custom artwork are possible — ask, and we’ll tell you what’s realistic to do live.
How much does it cost?
It depends on your guest count, how many hours you need us, and which items you choose. Send us the details and we’ll put together a quote.
